1. Introduction and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Earthquake s.r.o. ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Slovakia, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you play Loopy Farm. We are the Data Controller for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy covers the Game wherever you play it: on the website at loopyfarm.com and in the Loopy Farm app for Android, which shows the same game and uses the same account.

2. Data We Collect

To provide the Game, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: If you sign up with an email address and password, we store your email address. If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture). Playing as a guest creates no account and sends us nothing: that farm is stored only in your browser.
• Game Data: We store your game progress, inventory, and analytics related to your gameplay behavior.
• Payment Information: Purchases made on the website are processed by Stripe, and purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card number: we only receive confirmation of the transaction and what was purchased.
• Technical Data: We collect basic device information, IP addresses, and browsing data (via Google Analytics) to ensure the Game functions correctly and to monitor performance.
• Platform Usage: For signed-in players we record which platforms you last played on (phone, computer, or the installed app) and how many sessions you have started on each. We use it to decide where to spend development time.

3. How We Use Your Data (Lawful Basis)

Under the GDPR, we process your data based on:

• Contractual Necessity: To create your account, save your farm progress, and deliver purchased items.
• Legitimate Interest: To analyze gameplay trends, fix bugs, prevent cheating, and improve the overall game experience.
• Legal Obligation: To maintain proper financial records of transactions.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to run the Game:

• Google Firebase: For hosting, database storage (cloud saves), and user authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Google Analytics: To understand how players interact with the Game.
• Google Play: For distributing the Android app and processing purchases made inside it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time: see how to delete your account.

When we delete an account, we remove your sign-in details and your farm (progress, currencies and season rewards) from our live database. Two things outlive that deletion:

• Backups. Our database keeps automatic point-in-time backups, which are overwritten within 7 days. Your data disappears from those as they roll over.
• Transaction records. Records of purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.

6. Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the deletion of your account and personal data. The steps are on the delete your account page.
• Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

7. Children

Loopy Farm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. In some countries the age of digital consent is higher (up to 16): if you are under that age, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
