This page explains how to delete your Loopy Farm account, what we delete with it, and what we have to keep. It applies to the game on loopyfarm.com and to the Loopy Farm app for Android, which use the same account.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address you sign in with, at hello@loopyfarm.com, with the subject Delete my account. We can only act on a request sent from the account's own email address, so that nobody can delete someone else's farm.
- We reply to confirm which account we found, usually within 24–48 hours.
- We delete it and email you when it is done, within 30 days of your request at the latest.
Email us to delete my account
You can reach this page from inside the game at any time:
- Phone / app: the account button → Delete account.
- Computer: Contact in the top bar → Delete Your Account.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account, whether you created it with Google or with an email address and password.
- Your farm: machines, fields, buildings, silo contents and tasks.
- Your balances: coins, gems and Parts.
- Your season progress, season entitlements and any unclaimed season rewards.
- The record of which platforms you played on.
- Your emails to our support address, if you ask us to remove those too.
What we keep, and for how long
- Backups: our database keeps automatic point-in-time backups that are overwritten within 7 days. Deleted data disappears from those as they roll over.
- Purchase records: if you ever bought something, we keep the record of the transaction for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to. These records do not contain your card details, which we never receive.
- Anonymous analytics: aggregated statistics that are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you.
Before you send the request
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Your farm is gone on every device you play on, and we cannot restore it afterwards, even from a backup.
Purchases are not refunded by deleting your account, and the items they bought cannot be moved to a new account. If you have a question about a purchase, contact us first at hello@loopyfarm.com.
Playing as a guest
If you never signed in, there is no account to delete: that farm is stored only on your own device, and we hold nothing about you. To remove it, clear the site data for loopyfarm.com in your browser, or clear the Loopy Farm app's storage in your phone's app settings.
