1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Loopy Farm ("the Game") via our website or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.

2. Accounts and Security

Loopy Farm utilizes third-party authentication (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Virtual Currency and Digital Goods

The Game allows you to purchase virtual currency and digital items ("Virtual Goods").

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Game.
• Licensing: You do not own the Virtual Goods. You are purchasing a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use them within Loopy Farm.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time without liability to you.

4. Purchases, Refunds, and Chargebacks

All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal upon purchase. If you experience a technical issue or billing error, please contact us at hello@loopyfarm.com within 14 days.

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted bank chargebacks or defrauding our payment systems will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.

5. Code of Conduct and Fair Play

To keep Loopy Farm fun for everyone, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or Virtual Goods to other players for real money.
• Engage in disruptive, toxic, or illegal behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in a temporary ban or permanent account deletion at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
